Math Talks Sessions
Planned guest lectures and academic talks featuring mathematics researchers and faculty.
Connecting with University Mathematics
A key vision for Victoria Math Circle is to host guest lectures featuring mathematics faculty, researchers, and graduate students from institutions like the University of Victoria (UVic). These talks are designed to introduce students to advanced mathematical topics, university-level problem solving, and real-world applications beyond the standard school curriculum.
Current Status: In Development
Because we are currently building our local network and coordinating with potential speakers, guest lecture dates and schedules are flexible and unconfirmed. Once a speaker session is finalized, announcements will be posted directly to our Discord server and Instagram. Stay tuned!
Interested in attending once talks begin? Everyone is welcome. Get in touch and we will add you to our announcement list.
